Fine Old Resin Japanese Okimono of Mask Maker circa 19-20th c Similar to Netsuke. The term okimono actually translates literally to "cabinet art" and for the people out there that collect netsuke, you may notice that it is essentially the same size (two or three inches, not big) but it does not include the holes which are also known as "himotoshi". They are both just a form of art in a very small format. Sort of the same thing if you ask me.
Also, please note the picture with the toe which is snapped off. That is a flaw/defect, although of all of the possible defects it actually isn't too bad at all!The item "Fine Old Resin Japanese Okimono of Mask Maker circa 19-20th c Similar to Netsuke" is in sale since Friday, November 19, 2021.
