Fine Japanese TADASHI NAGAYAMA Signed Watercolor-Farmer-Framed-Inscribed
For sale is a nice framed Japanese watercolor picture of a laborer by noted painter and block print artist Tadashi Nagayama. The framed picture is 7 1/4 inches wide by 13 ΒΌ inches tall It is a hand painted picture of a man in a grass? Cloak carrying a rake and a jug.
NAGAYAMA in blue a the lower left. It has a gray wood frame with glass, paper back, and hanging wire, presumably original. Condition on the picture is fairly good. I'm sure it has discolored a bit with age but it still looks good. The frame has a scuff on the right side, and the back paper is torn and stained. It will likely need to be reframed, but I have not done anything to it. A nice piece by a fine artist!
