It is signed on the underside with a maker's mark. The vase features an especially intricate colored foil background, with a fish roe design at the bottom graduating to a "wave" decoration. Each side depicts a pair of sea birds on a unique pink background. The vase measures 4.5" tall x 2.75" wide.
The vase is in excellent condition, free of chips, cracks, damage or crazing. There is an orangish spot (under the enamel) with a short tight line.
