OUTSTANDING MEIJI PERIOD (19TH C) CLOISONNE ENAMELED LOBED VASE ATTRIBUTED NAMIKAWA WORKSHOP - THE GOLDEN PERIOD CIRCA 1890 We have the privilege to offer you this beautiful original Japanese cloisonne enameled vase from the Golden Period, Meiji period, late 19th Century, attributed to the Namikawa Workshop. Measuring 9 1/4 inches tall and having a diameter of 6 3/4 inches, this vase is in beautiful condition with the lobed, four panel shape makes it stand out above others as far as its beauty goes. It has various fine detailed, colored enamels, gold speckling throughout on a deep, dark purple maroon background with butterflies, flowers, dragons and phoenix birds. The interior is a deep foliage green enamel. A high, high quality vase, having great craftsmanship and artistic creativity, in excellent condition.
