It has an affixed copper insert, making it appropriate for cut flowers or to grow a bulb. The bottom of this piece suggests that it may have been inserted into a larger base, as there are two small pins on the side. The piece measures 8" tall, and 8" wide, and is heavy for its size.Overall, the piece is in excellent condition, free of dents or dings, with some light wear to the patina.
