Up for your consideration is a very fine Japanese Meiji-era cloisonné vase, c. The vase measures 10" tall (not including the stand), and just over 5" in diameter. It features a pair of phoenix, amidst a floral design on a goldstone ground.

The vase is very unique in that there are several gilt & engraved leaves to the exterior of the vase (without enamel). The vase is precisely executed, and of the finest quality. It is in excellent condition, free of scratches, losses, or wear to the enamel. There is a small dent on the metal portion of the vase.
