The Japanese satsuma features a lovely hand painted purple and red water lily scene with green and gold accenting with minor losses to the paint. The pottery is off white creamy colored and nicely decorated. The age of this piece is unknown and an estimated only to be from the early 20th century. The setting and button could be newer or older. This ring is presently size 8 and most likely worn on the pointer finger by its prior owners.
