A Fine Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Wire &Wireless Vase attributed to Ando

A magnificent Japanese Cloisonne Enamel shouldered vase with a long neck worked in silver wire and wireless technique depicting a two bamboo trees and a bird perched along the branch in the foreground on a pale green ground with a shakudo rim and brass foot. The tree in the background is worked in wireless technique, showing the skill of the artist. Similar to many designs by the Ando Jube Company.

Size: height-19 cm, wide-7 cm, diameter to the bottom 4 cm. In excellent condition commensurate with age.

One tiny dent to the back.
