19th C Antique Japanese Meiji Porcelain Fine Quality Satsuma Moonflask Vase. Produced in the Meiji period in the late 19th century. Beautiful piece finely decorated with traditional scenes highlighted with gold on panels each side. Sides of vase decorated with gold painted tasseled handle. Slender neck & rectangular footed base.

Approx 8" tall, 5" wide & 3 deep. Unfortunately this beautiful vase has a poor repair to base section (please refer to photos) the glue has been unevenly applied & a couple of pieces of porcelain are missing. This beautiful vase would normally sell for more than double the price and has been heavily discounted to reflect the damage.
