Large photos under the description below! A beautiful & attractive large fine iron sukashi Tsuba. 3-5/16 or 8.4 cm & in beautiful minty condition! Jidai (era) : late- Edo period 1 8th / 19th century circa 1800's.

Sukashi / open works of A " Buddhist Vajra ". Sizes : 3-5/16" x 3-1/4" or 8.4 c m x 8.2 cm x 5.32 mm at seppa-dai & 4. 73 mm thick at the rim. Material : well forged fine iron in sukashi. Well forged fine iron plate with a beautiful & very attractive well done.

The plate exhibit a beautiful deep & rich moist dark chocolate brown patina. Condition : very good color & in very good minty condition with no damage of any kind! 100% guaranty genuine & authentic late-Edo Akasaka Tsuba!
